Gavin Tappenden


Bob is a qualified naval architect and accomplished boat builder. After spending three years working in a design office he moved into Yacht Construction with the build of a Mini 6.5, which he had design assisted. Since then, as a designer and builder specialising in composite materials, he has contributed to various high profile projects.

Bob Preston


Ian ‘Emo’ Monk joined Composite Craft in 2007 and is a well respected boat builder in the industry. He has been project manager for tenders to Peter Harrison’s FARR 115, Sojana and Roman Abramovich’s yachts, as well as lecturing in composite consruction. Other past projects include 2 Prada ACC builds and several yacht constructions at Green Marine.
